We have just found out that we have reached the finals of the Excellence in Customer Service category at the 2018 Inspiring Herts Awards.
Since the Awards were set up seven years ago, they have become one of the most prestigious business awards in Hertfordshire. They were set up to “celebrate the expertise, achievements and outstanding contribution that businesses and individuals continually make to the growth of our County”.
Customer service first
Our MD, Richard McBarnet, has set very high standards: “Our ethos is to be a ‘service first, technology second’ company, and proactively supports clients with a high-quality managed services model. The provision of outstanding service levels is core to the company’s success and all staff can be relied upon to resolve issues in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. I am therefore delighted that Lumina’s customer service excellence mindset has been recognised in this way”.
The winners of the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards will be announced at a black-tie Gala Dinner which will be held at St Albans Cathedral on 7 June.
