I am Lumina’s 1st Line Service Desk Associate and first point of contact for our clients that call into our helpdesk. Prior to joining I was working to complete my Level 3 Infrastructure Technician where my passion for the IT industry flourished! I spent my time predominantly being the first point of contact for whatever issues our customers were facing, and due to this my core tenant is customer satisfaction.

I believe that technology is essential to businesses; but before that comes customer service. As a 1st Line Associate it is imperative for the customers that I interact with to feel as though their issues are being heard; and to give them the confidence that both myself and the rest of the team will resolve whatever problem is presented to us.
