2nd Line Analyst
I provide 2nd line IT support to our clients with a high level of customer service. I enjoy building rapport with our customers during site visits, and have found in my 6 years+ in IT, that customers like being able to put a face to the person they are speaking to.
I initially started my working career working on a building site. However I had always found working with computers interesting and was eager to pursue a new career. My career in IT started providing 1st line IT support for Hertfordshire County Council. I was eager to learn as much as possible and with the knowledge I gained at the Council, I continued my career providing 2nd line IT support for a local law firm, working closely with the lawyers and solicitors to understand the work they do and how I could support them.
My previous experiences have been invaluable in helping me at Lumina Technologies where I aim to continue my career path at the same time as improving my IT knowledge.
