I am responsible for delivering Lumina’s marketing activities including our customer events, exhibitions, direct marketing campaigns, digital marketing and lead generation activities. I contribute to developing integrated marketing campaigns to promote Lumina’s services, and work closely with our marketing agency to deliver our digital marketing strategy. I also support the sales team in identifying leads and new business opportunities and communicating our services to prospective clients.
As a senior marketing and events professional with over 20 years’ experience in both corporate and agency environments, I have created and managed extensive marketing programmes and delivered many high profile events. My main focus has been marketing B2B within the IT industry; I ran a European marketing department for a large software company for many years. I have also worked with a number of high profile clients such as M&S and The Body Shop to deliver their launch conferences, and have produced a number of prestigious awards ceremonies and gala dinners.
