2nd Line Analyst
I am a 2nd line analyst in the Service Desk team at Lumina, providing support and assistance to customers and working closely with my team to ensure we give the best level of service! I like to think I am good at problem solving. I enjoy approaching issues from many different angles – making sure to cover all bases! Technically, I have a good knowledge in Windows Server configuration and administration.
My IT career began in 2011 working on the 1st line helpdesk for a fast food chain. In 2013 I moved into an MSP environment which allowed me to grow as a technical analyst and gain a well-rounded set of skills and experience. I realised that server administration was an area that interested me. Once I had developed my knowledge, I spent some years contracting at local public services assisting with technical uplifts, domain migrations and Windows 10 deployments.
