Service Desk Supervisor
What do you do with your day at Lumina ? I am the Service Desk Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Service Desk as well as providing second line support for all incidents and requests logged by clients. Responsible for the line management of the Service Desk Teams. Ensuring the Service Desk delivers a consistent, efficient and positive user experience. Keeping the service desk fun, fresh & professional.
What are you good at? Attention to detail, building relationships & a good team player, a happy team is a productive team.
Likes? Photography/Videography and I’m a bit of a Home Cinema/Audiophile, I love my music and Film/TV, and I enjoy cooking and baking. I also enjoy cycling and playing pool where I can, I’m still awaiting the Lumina Pool table!!!!
Dislikes? Brussels sprouts & Marmite!! (Nothing more needs to be said).
Did you know? In my spare time I am a Trustee/Website Manager for Homeless Cat Rescue Bedfordshire who takes in stray, unwanted and abandoned cats. I also have a black belt in Taekwondo (a little out of practice these days though!!!).
Would like to meet?In the present I think I would say Benedict Cumberbatch or Eddie Redmayne as they are both just fantastic actors!!!! And if I had access to the Tardis (Yes I like Dr Who) I think I would go back and pay a visit to Albert Einstein.
