My role entails answering client calls, resolving issues myself or escalating them in a quick, efficient and professional manner. In addition to this, I also triage tickets to relevant colleagues or assign them to myself to complete. Although my areas of expertise are limited as this is the start of my career in IT, I am becoming proficient with active directories, machine hardware and specifications, Windows and Microsoft Office, but I am hungry to learn more!
I come from a business background having studied business at university and having worked in finance for almost a year, although my passion has always been technology. Moreover, I have about six years’ customer service which helps me speaking to clients, putting their at the forefront and resolving their queries.
