What do you do with your day at Lumina? I work on the service desk, which means I spend most of the day working directly with our clients, to make sure they’re getting the best possible IT experience. I also assist on projects and documentation. I also support the other members of the Service Desk in looking for ways to improve to make sure we’re always delivering excellent service and thinking of creative solutions to complex problems.
Likes: I’m nearly always thinking about food. But outside of that I like music, reading, travelling and the cold side of the pillow
Dislikes: Being stuck in traffic
