What do you do with your day at Lumina? I am 1st Line Support/ Helpdesk – The first point of contact for all of our client’s issues and incidents, providing a friendly and welcoming service to all!
What are you good at? Taking a genuine interest in every interaction and making work as fun and as professional as it can be.
Likes: Producing, mixing and performing music and skateboarding (and apparently exclamation marks in biographies).
Would like to meet: Flying Lotus (music producer), because he’s a genius!
Did you know: I’ve been producing and DJing a hugely diverse catalogue of music since I was 12 years old for various artists and venues.
Favourite Holiday: Pretty easy with holiday destinations, anywhere with cheap food and a lot of sun!
Favourite Food: Can’t beat a traditional Bangladeshi Chicken Korma with Pilau Rice and some garlic Naan!
Top IT Tip: When an application hangs on an iPhone, to force close it; hold the power button until ‘slide to power off’ is displayed, let go and then hold the home button and hey presto!
