Our Gold service is our premium all-inclusive offering and is suited to businesses looking to outsource all their IT needs at a fixed predictable cost so they can focus on their own core activities. It provides all the benefits of Bronze and Silver but with unlimited remote AND onsite support*, adds printer management, router and wireless access point management, Internet Service Provider (ISP) management, Microsoft application support, Active Directory management, file server management, user environment management and a monthly onsite visit.
Managed Support and Maintenance
Our Managed Support and Maintenance services form the core of our Managed Services portfolio. For a fixed monthly fee we will support, monitor and maintain your IT infrastructure and provide a full outsourced Helpdesk service to your staff freeing you from the headache of managing and worrying about your IT.
Our state of the art monitoring platform provides 24x7 monitoring and reporting on all your systems and will alert us within minutes of a failure, automatically raising a ticket with our Helpdesk. This allows us to start working on issues as soon as they arise, often resolving them before you are even aware of them. Our proactive monitoring also allows us to keep systems running smoothly and head off potential failures such as running out of disk space long before they affect your business.
Our Silver service builds on our Bronze offering and is ideal for businesses that have strong internal IT skills but are looking to add the benefits of a skilled Helpdesk to support staff and to handle more complex IT issues. It adds access to our Helpdesk with unlimited remote support*, anti-virus monitoring, basic firewall and DNS management, asset management and a quarterly onsite visit. Onsite support is charged at a discounted hourly rate.
Our Bronze service provides a monitoring only solution making it suitable for customers that have their own internal support staff. The service includes workstation, server and network monitoring, patch management and limited remote support relieving you of time consuming routine maintenance tasks. Access to our Helpdesk is billed at our standard rates.
