Since then we have kept to our goal and have evolved a tried and tested portfolio of products and systems that work together to create an IT ecosystem that is reliable, secure, fast and affordable.

Our path to Managed Services
In 2008 Lumina Technologies evolved a Managed Services model which allowed us to offer our services to clients on a fixed monthly cost basis bringing IT budgeting under control and more significantly transitioning from a reactive support model to a highly proactive one. The model has been very successful and we have now transitioned our entire client base over.
