What do you do with your day at Lumina? I provide 2nd line support for all incidents and requests logged by clients by email, telephony, verbally & at least once a month I visit client sites to ensure that services are consistently exceeding expectations of clients.
What are you good at? Building relationships, being a good team player, talking excessively about nonsense & most importantly… Making/Drinking Tea!
Likes? Football, although I like sports in general, visiting cities around Europe, old films based in London, Peroni and did I mention tea?
Dislikes? Coffee, iPhone’s battery life, & Messy desks! (Tad bit of OCD!)

Would like to meet: Lionel Messi that plays for FC Barcelona – Ultimately just to check he’s human!
Favourite holiday: Marrakech, Morocco in 2015 – Best advice would be if you don’t like animal cruelty don’t visit the Markets! (Hopefully one of many excellent holidays)
